These terms are between you and Cleveni Inc. (“we”, “us”), the operator of the DataBody app. By using DataBody you accept them. How we handle your information is described separately in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 14 years old. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for consenting to the processing of personal data, that higher age applies to you.
DataBody is a record-keeping and calculation tool, not a medical device and not a healthcare provider. Nothing in the app — including goals, calorie and nutrient figures, trends, projections, or reminders — is medical, nutritional, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing a diet, exercise, or weight programme, and especially if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or taking medication. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app.
DataBody is not designed to support extreme or rapid weight loss. If you are struggling with your relationship to food, body weight, or exercise, please reach out to a health professional or a local support service.
Figures shown in the app are estimates. Nutrition values depend on what you enter and on reference data that may be incomplete or inaccurate. Treat them as approximations.
You can use DataBody without an account. If you create one, sign-in uses a code sent to your email address or a Google or Apple sign-in — there is no password to remember, so keep access to your email account and your device secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at cs@cleveni.com if you believe someone else has gained access.
Your records are yours. We take reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that data will never be lost — devices fail, operating systems change, and accounts can be deleted by mistake. Export a backup file from within the app from time to time and keep it somewhere you control.
You can delete your account and its data from within the app at any time. Signing out is not deletion.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may stop offering DataBody. If we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice and time to export your data. Features described as experimental may change or disappear without notice.
DataBody is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived, and nothing excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continuing to use DataBody after a change means you accept it.
